This is the perfect package if you are looking to have your ceremony, photography session and standing cocktail party all within the one location.
Our private coach transports your guests to our secret garden, where your ceremony unfolds amongst the trees. After your vows, enjoy a relaxed photography session throughout the gardens before returning to your guests to share in drinks and canapés. Relax with family and friends in the comfort of our private garden.
INCLUDES:
- Venue hire for 30 people including The Couple for 3 hours
- Private Coach – transport for your guests to & from the venue
- Ceremony – white Americana chairs and dressed signing table
- Event Manager – to organise venue details, timelines, onsite suppliers
- The Bar – includes non-alcoholic beverages & service of your BYO alcohol
- Catering – your choice of 8 delicious canapés (hot and cold options available)
- Marquee – silk lined marquee with chandelier lighting for your reception (optional)
- Full use of the gardens for your photography
ADDITIONAL EXTRAS:
- Extra guests are $140 per head – Limit 90 persons
- Styling options available (see Enhancements)
- Extra hours are available at $550 per hour
- Extra canapés are available for an additional charge.
CONDITIONS:
- Live acoustic music is permitted
- All outside suppliers must be approved by the venue
- Evergreen Garden is an outdoor venue that closes by 9 pm
- 6 car parks are available onsite
