Could not recommend this venue enough. I would give 6 stars if I could. Bianca was truly the most caring and patient coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The garden is just spectacular and when you step inside it’s like you enter a fairytale world. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Evergreen Garden Venue was the perfect place for our intimate wedding ceremony. The gardens and grounds are truly majestic and a beautiful backdrop for an unforgettable day. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The photos speak for themselves.

For those looking into details: we had 30 guests total and selected the GOLD package with canapes, and extended our time for an hour to have 4-hours available and added a marquee as a rainy-weather option. Despite the grandeur, for 30-40 guests, this venue was a great value in comparison to other similarly-priced garden/outdoor venues we had looked at. They have a wide range of options for proposals, elopements, and weddings with full receptions and a range of guest numbers.

Everyone had an incredible time and the staff there were all incredible, looking after all the details of planning and executing the most magical day! We asked for a couple non-traditional touches, including bride and groom walking down together, and for a special moment to showcase the harpist (Jackie-Anne aka Bohemian Bardess), all of which went beautifully. Thank you to Bianca from Evergreen for helping plan and run the whole day, as well as providing recommendations for all our vendors including our amazing photographer and videographer, and answering questions along the way over our 18 months of wedding planning.

If you are looking into having a wedding on the Gold Coast, I would definitely suggest Evergreen Garden Venue -- highly recommended!

The hidden gem of a wedding venue on the Gold Coast. We did our best to keep this location underwater wraps to our guests, and it was so worth it. All our guests, local and international were STUNNED with its beauty. The only boxes I wanted to tick for our wedding venue was 1. Surrounded by nature, and 2. Fur baby in attendance. Not only did it tick these boxes, but it ticked one’s you didn't know you needed: an amazing coordinator in Bianca. My family were difficult to organise which made me feel like such a pest, right up until the day of the event. And not only did she make everything seem easy and stress-free. But her experience in her role meant she provided amazing advice, as we were probably a bit too casual, to the point of not really knowing what we wanted. Cannot recommend Bianca and the venue any higher!

Evergreen was the most perfect setting for our wedding! Marina, John and their team were amazing, catered to everything we wanted and made our day perfect! The most perfect, intimate wedding with the gardens of Evergreen providing absolutely perfect photos for us to hold forever!

A hidden gem - those who come to Evergreen are in for a magical experience as it is literally a fairy-tale come true (also, the wisteria flowers in wisteria lane are SO gorgeous)

We live in Mackay and were looking tirelessly for the perfect venue to host our Wedding/Reception. We were lucky enough to come across Evergreen Garden Venue via the internet and that’s when we came into contact with Marina and John who are the owners of this beautiful venue. As we didn’t live in the Gold Coast/Brisbane area not only did Marina provided us with the packages available from Evergreen but she also provided recommendations for the celebrant, photographer, cake makers right through to hair and make-up. With the stress of a destination wedding and the countless questions we had Marina was so accommodating and put all our fears at ease. Our day was simply perfect and there is not one thing we would change and this was because we had such an amazing and outstanding team by our side from day one.

Evergreen Garden Venue is hand plucked out of a fairly tale book. From the first time my husband and I stepped into the venue we felt it's magical pull and on the day of your wedding it will truly leave you in awe. If you love Alice in Wonderland or the secret garden this truly is the venue for you and the hosts Marina and John are perfectionists. Every tiny detail of our day was exactly the way we imagined and if I could offer any advice to Bride's considering this amazing venue it is definitely get the chandelier!

We had recently had our wedding here and I would like to say that Marina and John's work is nothing short of absolute excellence.
The venue and their styling are also sure to blow anyone away; the most beautiful set up I have ever seen!
The coordination up until the actual event was friendly but thorough; although I did most of the setup remotely, I have had no issues with any of the coordination procedures.
The actual day was most amazing; the guests were awed with how awesome the place looked, food was excellent and all of the staff were very well trained and flexible with their work.
You will not regret booking an event with Evergreen Garden; if anything you will regret not booking! Thank you, Marina and John, for making our special day the most wonderful one a couple can ever have.

As guests at Evergreen, this was one of the loveliest weddings we have ever been to. The garden and surrounds are so peaceful and beautiful. Marina, John and their staff ensured the celebration ran like clockwork and catered to every need, whilst radiating a happy, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Food also delicious.
