What is your maximum number of guests?
A: 12 pax for Elopements
A: 90 pax for Ceremony packages (Silver and Gold)

Where is Evergreen Garden Venue located on the Gold Coast?

Evergreen Garden Venue is an acreage estate, conveniently located centrally on the Gold Coast, just 9km from Surfers Paradise.
Do you offer elopements?

Are you pet friendly?
A: Yes! Furry friends are very welcome at Evergreen. Our friends at Pet Wedding Assistants have helped look after many pets at Evergreen.
Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly?
A: Yes! Evergreen is a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone can celebrate their love. We’re proud to have hosted weddings, proposals, and photoshoots for many LGBTQIA+ couples and guests.
Do you host multicultural weddings?
A: Yes! We have hosted many multicultural weddings at Evergreen, and always welcome the opportunity to learn about different cultures and how we can accommodate special traditions best.
Do you host baby showers or private parties?
A: No. Unfortunately we no longer host private events as our weddings and photoshoots take up all of our bookings.
Do you have accommodation on site?
A: No. We do not have any accommodation on site, however we do have ties with local 4-star and 5-star accommodation venues who offer our guests a discount.

Evergreen Garden Venue proudly welcomes couples from all around the world. With one third of our clientele booking from interstate or overseas, we are intimately familiar with the unique process of planning from afar. We are happy to recommend any external suppliers not included in your package, as well as local 4-star and 5-star accommodation partners.
How far in advance should we book a Gold Coast wedding venue?
A: Bookings at Evergreen Garden Venue open January 1st for the next calendar year. We are currently taking 2026 and 2027 bookings. Due to the intimate nature of our venue and limited dates available, we recommend enquiring early to secure your preferred date.
What if it rains on our wedding day?
A: Our team works closely with couples to ensure the day runs smoothly, even if the weather changes. We have two options for wet weather – 30 white heart umbrellas (complimentary) or a silk-lined marquee that can be arranged for an additional cost and ordered up to 7 days before the wedding. Our GOLD and DIAMOND packages already include a silk-lined marquee for the reception area.

Is it better to get married at the registry office or a small wedding venue?
